He was courteous on the phone and was able to come to my home in only a few hours. He was prompt and friendly. He tried several ways to unclog my sink and was clear with me about what he was doing. When he was unable to fix the problem, he recommended another alternative and refused to accept payment. I'd definitely call again based on today's experience.
